This product is a magnetic impulse gravity impact rappers used in the cathode and anode system of EEC dust collector and the airflow uniform distribution plate, It is utilized in most modern ESP designs. This type of rapper consists of an electrical solenoid coil which encases a hammer/rod. The hammer/rod generally weighs between 10-20 lbs. Rapping intensity is adjustable by controlling power supply to the rapper. which generates a rapping force by raising the rapping rod through electromagnetic induction.By the rapping effect, a large number of dust particles adsorbed on the anode plate and cathode line and airflow uniform distribution plate are removed.
